Our New House That Will Be Home. 

This is an actual dream. 😭 We are standing in our new kitchen. ⁣🎉

Where do I even start?! So many of you know what a journey and dream of ours this has been. I can’t even put into words – it’s been a long road.

When we decided to start looking for a new house again this fall, I had this sense of peace that we were being led.

We weren’t looking for anything fancy – a home that checked all of the boxes – even that felt out of reach. I trusted that things would fall into place as they should. I prayed that I would have clarity in what our next play would be (something I have struggled with in the past). ⁣

It was a Wednesday morning in October when Peter and I went to take a look at this new house that had just been framed. When we walked in, we 𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘸. We were both hit with a flood of emotion, and the deepest sense of …

“𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞.” 

It’s the 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘤𝘵 place we are supposed to build our next chapter. We have felt so called and directed to be here, and this experience hasn’t been shy of miracles. ⁣

This is literally the EXACT neighborhood we wanted for our new house (minutes from all of our family).

The one we would drive through multiple times and see kids playing in the street and families out for evening walks.

The neighborhood I asked an agent two weeks before if anything was available and was told ‘no’ because every home was accounted for. The neighborhood I told @betsybuttons we wanted to be in and she said, “you and everyone else”. ⁣😂

If you knew the market here… it is CRAZY. We thought there was no possible way we could even be close to this area. I remember telling my mom it would take a miracle.

And then God opened up miracle after miracle and it practically fell into our lap. ⁣

In just over a month, we will move out and get ready to move in – we close at the beginning of March! I cannot wait to share more with you of this upcoming chapter!!! We are excited, blessed and so grateful. 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘰, 𝘴𝘰 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥. ⁣
