All about confidence. Let’s chat about it. Most days, you exuberant confidence. And on other days, there is none. Can you relate? We don’t enter the world confident – no one has it all the time. Talking about it won’t help you gain it, either!
“As is our confidence, so is our capacity.” – William Hazlitt
So, what can you do? Let’s dive into a few of my favorite tips. I hope you find them helpful!
- Find your own self-worth. Create a formula of self-confidence that is unique to you – something that can make you stick to. Remember, you and only you can make things happen if you take action and just do it.
- Experiment with scenarios that normally would put you in an uncomfortable situation. Take charge of it and rise above!
- Find a mentor, follow someone who inspires you, read self-help books, or focus on self-development. Whatever works for you, do it. You’ll see the difference and thank yourself for it.
Now that you’ve got an idea of what to do, I hope you pursue your journey towards being the boss babe you were always meant to be. You’ve got this!
“Confidence comes from hours and days and weeks and years of constant work and dedication.” – Robert Staubach“Confidence isn’t optimism or pessimism, and it’s not a character attribute. It’s the expectation of a positive outcome.” – Rosabeth Moss Kanter
Confidence means believing in yourself, feeling comfortable with who you are, and recognizing that you have worth. When you feel confident, the way you present yourself to the world changes. People believe in you. You are more likely to be successful in work, sports, or other activities. (www.keepinspiring.me)
