Next up in the home tour blog series: my home office. This is a special space to me for a few reasons, and I wanted it to look a very specific way when I designed the house! Maybe you can relate, too, if you work from home like me?
I spend a lot of time in my home office. A LOT. So it was crucial that this space was both gorgeous and a place I want to be in. Versus just an after thought that didn’t get any love put into it. Thankfully, the custom built-in turned out so good! That piece is a staple item in this room.
Painting the built-ins in the home office a dark and dramatic color (Iron Ore by Sherwin Williams) made it “grown up” and turns it from ‘blah’ to amazing, don’t you agree? Now, I have a space made just for me that I love being in and also where I have the room to run my business.
